Your Mind Matters. Be Kind to It💚

As we embark upon this new week, I want to encourage you to be Intentional in caring for your Minds. There is no award or badge for over expending yourself; for exhausting your minds to the point of Anxiousness & Worry. A few tips to help you remain balanced this week:

(1) Breathe (as easy as this sounds, take notice of your breaths when you begin to feel anxious)

(2) Take a few moments to get some air; some sun

(3) Stay hydrated & consider nutrition

(4) Use your supports (delegate where possible)

(5) Tell yourself as many times as needed that you are one person, doing the best you can & you are enough
