Service Description

By Design Clinical Coaching/Consulting PLLC provides NC Board-approved LCSWA supervision that is supportive, intentional, and grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and evidence-based practice. I help new clinicians build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and develop a clear professional identity—without sacrificing their own well-being. Individual and group supervision sessions provide an opportunity to deepen case conceptualization, enhance assessment and diagnosis, navigate ethical decision-making, and explore reflective practice. My goal is to help you grow with calm, clarity, and clinical confidence as you move toward full licensure.
